2022 YEAR LONG TOURNAMENT RULES, REGULATIONS AND RELEASE

This is a private event. Participation is limited to BCYC members, their family, and friends. Members and member spouses register as members with family and friends registering accordingly, associated with the member angler at time of registration. All fishing activities are to be in strict compliance with state and federal regulations, including proper licensing and equipment on board.  Unlicensed Boats and/or Captains cannot be compensated or benefit in any way for taking participants on the water. This includes sharing of costs etc… However licensed guides may be compensated to take you fishing on your boat, or another. All photo’s posted will be appropriate for all age groups. Videos may also be uploaded and displayed. All tackle loaned or rented is the responsibility of the user and to be returned cleaned and in the condition issued. All Fishing Day (a day in which the angler fished without a catch) and Catch entries are to include a photograph, which may be posted on the public facing BCYC website. All fishing and catch reports shall reflect standard fishing story practices. All information provided on this website is for entertainment only. Participants are encouraged to rely on the authority having jurisdictions’ rules and regulations. The angling committee has the final decision on entries and winners. The rules shall remain in effect, including changes, regardless termination of the tournament.

RELEASE

All participants, their companions, and boats enter at their own risk, and hereby release, discharge and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club and their sponsors, advertisers and other participants and any agents, employees, officers, directors, contractors and successors of the above mentioned organizations from any and all claims, losses, damages, demands, causes of action, suits and liability of every kind arising out of , connected to, or resulting from the BCYC event, including without limitation, any claim for loss, damage or destruction of property, or injury (including death), regardless of whether such loss arises in whole or in part from the negligence of BCYC, its officers, employees, agents, sponsors, directors, contractors, or successors for any loss arising out of, connected to, or resulting from this event. We also understand that this release binds O

our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns as well as ourselves. By signing above, my team and I and our participants and attendees acknowledge that we have read and understand the release terms and conditions and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. We also agree to authorize Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club the freedom to use any of our likenesses in any video or print whether for advertisement or profit without compensation of any kind.
